It hasn't been used that much. I got it around mid-April.
The only slight cosmetic defect is a little bit of scratching around the bezel. But this is from the case i had it in, and if you have it in a case, you can't even tell it's there. Includes everything you seen in the picture, as well as a dock adapter.
The touch screen has never actually been 'touched'. I've had an anti-glare screen protector on it all it's life. any questions? feel free to ask!

I've just been with AT&T so i haven't really looked at weather or not it can be unlocked or not. Although ultrasn0w has been released so you can unlock it that way.
