Looking for a 3G 16GB

I know what prices are going for here. But then I look at Craigslist in my area and they are the same. I go the next closest Town Tulsa, OK and I find 16GB 3G phones in the $200 range all day.

one or two and I would say too good to be true, but a whole page of them? is it possible?
