iPhone 2G 8GB - $200 - selling for next iPhone!!!!

So, i posted an ad on here before, i thought i had a sale but them they guy must of had died or something because he stopped responding to all my emails (lol). So i'm reposting my iPhone here.

What's included: Skullcandy headphones (black), USB Cable (Old, fatter one) and then one of the Newer wall chargers (the one that comes with the 3G iPhone. Oh ya, and the box.

Condition: The screen is perfect, like really, its PERFECT. The whole face it perfect (the "scratch" on the face is just glare, no cracks or scratches) The back has one small scratch near the camera lens from taking it out of its case (which i threw away, lol). The rest of the phone is PERFECT.

I want around $200 for it, but i will negotiate a little like i might take $190 etc

Again, what is in the picture is what you get, the phone works perfect. and it still has applecare tell july 09

PS: it is Unlocked and Jailbroken (with Icy) on the iPhone OS 3.0 Beta 2.

what happened to my post? did u delete it nibbers?

apparently another member here from modmyi contacted me that he bought the same iphone from nibbers a week ago,paid for it and still havent received it yet. he also, stated that seller is not replying on either email or pm

as with me, i paid for the phone last friday and still no tracking no. or word was received from seller. so im starting to think i just got scammed.

well several people contacted through here and stated that they too have been scammed by nibbers who also used another nick which is jarcon49. thats a total of 4 people now.

Yeah, I was skeptical at first because this was my first transaction on MMi and I was like, "Oh it'll be fine. This is a good community."

Is his IP banned or just his account?
