You just have to be smart, pointing out a scammer is a no brainier. Why would you pay them without a tracking number?

True they got something in paypal where they hold the payment until delivery confirmation......I thiink

Of course the police station can do something. With an IP they can easily get where he lives and all his daddy's info.

hate the system some times try the police again you might have gotten a lazy guy its just like calling CS for any company there are good reps and lazy reps along wiht cranky wont do crap for u reps
