i was one of the first people to let other people know that this guy was a scammer. i paid him about 95 dollars for the iphone since we agreed that i pay half now and half later(thank goodness for that). aside from me, there were like 4 other people who contacted me that this guy scammed as well. neo is one of them.

Due to this, I am so afraid to buy anything from sellers in Modmyi. We cant tell if they are scammers or not unless there is a feedback system where buyers can leave feedbacks for seller.

If someone just joined or has something like 3 post i would be very leary but if someone has been around MMI for some time I wouldn't worry so much. I also hope you guys get your money back but the odds are against you. And there is truly no way to prevent this from happening again other then being a bit more careful.. And maybe making it to where someone has to be a member for 8 months to sell wont be such a bad idea. just my 2 cents..
