hey cpjr, does it make it cheaper if I send you a used 3g rear housing to paint it midnight blue but with the apple logo still in that mirror finish?

Well, I dont have any extra housing's lying around so yeah, you'd have to send me one. I cant do a mirror finish on the apple logo though, I MIGHT be able to spray around the original logo but havent tried it (would be hard)...and it wouldnt be perfectly flush, cause you'd have a layer of paint around it.

Turn around time, well....as soon as I have the housing in my hands....I could get it painted and back out in 2-3 days, most likely.

ahh i see, darn i just thought it would look nice midnight blue with apple logo. i do have couple of spare housings so i'll shoot ya a pm.

edit: So the orange one in the pic that shows the apple logo, is that one flush with the apple logo? thats how i want mine like the orange one in the pic but in a sleek midnight blue

To answer you question, yes you can like whatever colours you want as a girl lol

Would love to get a different colour, but i'm not 100% sure if the phone overall will look any good after that. :/
I like the plain white with the shiny apple logo :/

White bores me because i see 5/10 people out there per day with iphone white or iphone black. I want something to stand out and i want to see jealousy on their face ever since I mailed out my iphone to cpjr.. haha

im wondering if CPJR can do bright yellow or purple or lime green. These colors will get people's attention. Watch them get jealous. =]

Its alot more expensive though. And I cant do a "mirror" finish, I have to spray the logo on using a color, closest to original is like a silver.

Haha, I have 3 right now but Im waiting on all of them to be shipped to me. I've got some paint ordered for some special requests. I'll post some pics when I get em

I received Sadhunni's phone today.

First off, I will never use the supplied bezel agian....It is CRAP. I had to modify it just to make it work and Im still trying to get it to set right

So from now on if I do a swap it will be with a new OEM chrome bezel, throw the supplied (and by the way plastic) bezel in the trash.

So, anyways....here yeah go.

PS - Sorry for the crappy pics, they were done with my iphone, lol. My fiance has the Nikon
