I got the Apple iPhone last year when it first came out and I purchased the 4GB version. In the beginning of this past June it finally started acting up and getting wacky on me so I brought it in to the Apple Store on 5th Ave. (Manhattan,NYC) and they EXCHANGED IT FOR A BRAND NEW 4GB iPhone! Now my T-Mobile Contract is ending in a couple days and I will be making the jump over to AT&T and buying the new 3G Apple iPhone. Thus I no longer have a need for this phone!

This phone is UNLOCKED (hence, how I used it with T-Mobile)
You can use it with any carrier that uses a SIM Card
There is slight scratching from basic use and only 1 slight scratch on the screen which is invisible once the screen is powered on!

Original headset broke, they are like 29.00 at the Apple Store and believe me they last for about as long as a month! You're better off getting higher quality headphones!

When the dev 3g unlock drops in a few days the new phones will be unlocked and the old ones will go the way of the dino's on price. Right now people are eating them up because they are still the only one's unlocked AND jailbroken, but when the jailbreak and unlock hits this 4gig will be a nice conversation piece about "the old days".

A 3g jailbreak + unlock doesn't help T-Mo customers getting the phone.
Yes, they can use it once its unlocked but for them to get their hands on one will cost them a very high premium.
If you account for the fact that it doesn't work on T-Mo 3g, they end up paying about $400 for GPS alone.

2g iPhone is still very sellable and will remain so for quite some time.

8gb prices are around $300-$400 while the 4gb is in the $200-$300 range, if the device is in good condition and unlocked.
