I haven't used battery control before, but I just updated to 3.1.2 last night. I installed your Battery Control to see if there were any issues on mine and there doesn't seem to be a problem. I will keep an eye on it through the day and see if anything changes. I usually have the battery and percentage showing. Is there a particular combination of settings that some have noticed problems with?

No problems so far, yesterday was a lot of on and off with a couple apps running in the background. I'm at work for the next two days. I put the premium app on and am flipping back and forth from % to battery every now and then. I'll update again only if there is a problem. Nice app!

I have faced this sort of problem in the last month, but I solved it using the following steps-
1. Launch SBSettings, tap on the More button. This will take you to the settings screen of SBSettings.
2. Then tap on “Extra & Options” at the bottom of the screen.
3. Here tap on the toggle button to enable Numeric Battery.
4. I had to reboot my iPhone to see the battery indicator in percentage.mod/edit links removed

You can show battery and percentage on the iPhone natively. What is the point of this application?

not all devices do this,[iTouches]
also it lets you change the font color of the percentage.
and it lets you choose where you want the percentage[springboard, in apps]Currently addicted to Modern Warfare 2! add me on PSN: A_Mexican_guy

If you want to control your battery through 2 days to 4 days then just do this..
For all iPod models:
1. From the main menu, select Settings > Repeat and select the Repeat options until it says All.
2. Select Settings > Backlight Timer, then select Off.
3. Select Settings > EQ, then select Off.
4. Select the album you imported in the step 3, select any song, then press the Play button. The album should play over and over until the battery is depleted.
I think this will help you to save more battery so you don't need to check the battery life.mod edit/link removed.

For a 2g iPhone, is there significant battery drainage with 3.1.2 compared with 3.1.3? My battery drains while sleeping on 3.1.2 but that never happened on 3.1.3 I need 3.1.2 so I can have "enable mms for 2g" on it.

I have battery control on a 3gs works fine so installed it on the wifes 3gs last night this morning took it off charge at 8am 100% looked at 13:00 56% plugged charger in immediately it jumped to 92% so checked it again at 15:30 it was 26% and ticking down as I watched it so turned it off and back on again to be greeted with the red flat battery screen even though charger was not plugged in..so plugged charger in it booted and showed 86% ?????did a reset and seems so far to be ok very strange...
