I submitted a case to at&t on april 20th about unlocking my iphone 4.... back then they were unlocking it for everybody but after april 28th any case they didn't resolve that was not a member of at&t they just bumped and didn't unlock I just got a email 20 days LATER! saying this...

same with me, visit ebay, 2,3 guys are doing at&t official unlocks in $ 99. yet this is just a call. tried to convince them to get 30-40 dollars but refused. they american ..... bloody greedies

Try go to imei dot info to check your imei # under sim lock if it say yes it means your iphone still lock, if it say no you good to go, my friend had the same problem, got denied email but when i check her imei # it said no. So good luck
