ATV 3 Remote Tips

I am new to ATV and ive been searching online but i cant really find anything recent. Can anyone help??

Depends on the firmware installed also. Newer firmware has a few changes. In 5.0 and above pressing and holding play (I think. Bottom right button) will put the appletv into sleep mode. On lower firmware press and holding the middle button would do that but now that allows you to move some icons around the screen.

Is that sort of what you wanted to know or something else?

Guess I should of asked if you are talking about pyhsical remote or the app for iOS devices to control it.
