Apple TV 2 and internet connection

Hi Everyone,

My jailbroken Apple TV 2 is giving me error when I turn it on. My remote won't move left or right and everytime I try to go left/right, it will come with error:

Internet Unavailable

Install software requires an internet connection. Please connect your AppleTV to the internet.

After this when I click on menu button to exit then It will go back to main menu but won't let me select anything else on left or right.

Right now I don't even have any other hardware info but if someone can tell me how to get it without apple tv remote then I will post that.

Can I restore to factory settings using iTunes and then Jailbreak it again?
