Apple TV 2 HDMI switch

Hi
Does anyone have problems with the apple tv with the hdmi switch I have bought 3 different makes now
and non work at all
Really annoyed wasted alot of money on it trying to get it to work
But it works fine with the other devices so I know its not the connection or the switch as all works fine

The apple tv works fine on direct output with my panasonic tv but as soon as in the switch it doesnt
This is really bugging me as I only have 2 ports and I need alot of hdmi ports so need the switch and dont want to unplug and replug everytime I want to use the apple tv

The 4x2 switch from monoprice.com works great. I have 2 tv's hanging off of 2 dish receivers, my computer, and an Apple TV, all on HDMI.
Seems like it was $60-$70.
