Not sure about seasonpass but greenpoison is untethered and works well.

I prefer greenpois0n. The only issue with it, is the instructions to get into DFU mode are lame. Here's a thread about how I do that:

Has anyone been successful in getting ATV 4.2.1 in DFU mode?

I've done over 20 ATV 2 jailbreaks now, and this works every time for me.
