I entered my Hulu+ credentials and can navigate the Hulu content just fine, but when I try to play a video I get the error message "One or more items failed to play. Check the log file for details." Any ideas how to fix this?

As I noted above, Hulu changed their API and the plug-in no longer works. The developer has said he's unlikely to continue working on it.

Good News, Everyone! Bluecop fixed the Hulu plugin. I now have it working on both my iPad 2 and my ATV2s, and it's running really well.
In addition to installing the plugin, you'll need to be running the latest nightly of XBMC (if you don't know what that means, you're not running it), and also replace a file in the XBMC app.
1) Go to bluecop's google download page, and grab both the librtmp.0.dylib file.
2) SSH into your device as the user root, and replace the librtmp.0.dylib file in /Applications/XBMC.app/Frameworks/ with the new version (if you're the cautious type, backup the old one first, or just rename it.
In case you are wondering why I'd bother to install this on the iPad instead of using the native iOS app, the reason is simple: with this I have no commercials, and can fast forward/rewind or even direct access any point in the program. Needless to say, the experience is considerably more enjoyable.

Working very well! Just follow the instructions on installation, newest nightly build, adding updated .lib file, and some patients and you'll be good to go. Only one question, I've hulu installed and running perfectly, but I can't seem to locate hulu+ anywhere. Any help is appreciated and thanks in advance.

Pull up the context menu while on the Hulu addon, and select add on settings. Then select Hulu+ Login and enter your account info.

I did jailbroke my ATV 2 and successfully installed nitoTV and XBMC but I cannot find SYSTEM Add-on like you suggested. I also transfer my plugins to /var/mobile folder but cannot see where it is.
All I see from XBMC - SYSTEM menu is "Settings", "File Manager", "Profiles" and "System info". There is no Add-on.
Please use WinSCP and its very simple to transfer files.
Try WinSCP and its very simple to use.
