AppleTV 2G Jailbreak 4.1 Help

Just bought a new AppleTV 2G that came with 4.2.1 on it but I want to jailbreak it with 4.1. Is there anyway for my to so this? Do I need SHSH blobs? If so would someone be able to give me one so I can change the ECID to mine and restore it? Thanks

I am pretty sure you cannot do that. I just bought one this week as well and JB it at 4.2.1, See my post in this forum...

It is not hard to do and the fact that its tethered really doesnt matter if you ask me. The only time I have to reboot tethered is if I lose power. It sits connected to a TV and plugged in so its not a big deal. Plus to boot tethered only takes a second anyway. I saved the command line for terminal as a rtf file and just quickly copy and paste that command line into terminal and I am back in business.
