Looking for a reminder app

Hi, I'm just wondering if anyone knows of an app that can remind you of your note at several locations. For example, if I enter any Target store, it will remind me to pick up some Advil.

I use common basic app that schedules your daily routine. It has reminders. Will it work for you?
