How to delete Maiyo TV

Hi.
Once I installed Maiyo TV on my iphone (3gs) but it never worked. I tried to delete it but after every respring of the springboard it was there again.
So I tried to install it again over Cydia but the only result was that there were two icons of it in a row. I could delete the new installed with cydia but the old one stays forever and it's really annoying.
Does anyone know the path of maiyo tv? I only see the possibility of deleting it manually via SSH.

i just registred to post this :

after a lot of time trying to remove maiyo tv, i managed to do it a few minuts ago using ifunbox : locate the webb app and erase it. i changed permissions to mobile/mobile & 0777 don't know if it helps.

know you can erase my account.
