Any one please know if there is application to record a call

It's not really possible with the iPhone as far as I know. You'd have to go through some 3rd-party service if you want to record the call. For instance, with Google Voice you can record incoming (not outgoing) calls when you press a certain button on the keypad, though it does notify the other person that you're recording it.
