Eh, his twitter is username is @n00neimp0rtant
A new file has appeared on his repo called "Old SkyGo (Patched) 2.1.1". I've messaged him to get some more information on the release, just waiting for a response.
For those who don't have his repo address it's: n00neimp0rtant.dyndns.orgLast edited by CymraegAce; 07-07-2012 at 03:26 PM.

Updating apps through app store with xcon
I installed xCon through Cydia, and it's working for other apps (such as flixster), but now whenever I try to update an app on the app store (even if its my own), the app store prompts me with the apple ID: "[email protected]". Why is this popping up instead of my own username and how do I fix it?
Thanks

You probably have warez and pirated content on your device. Remove that and you should be good.
I strongly reccomend you stay away from that kinda stuff though. Does nothing but harm.

Is there any progress on the Barclays apps? The Pingit and the Mobile Banking one.

I second this. Thanks!
According to http://theiphonewiki.com/wiki/index.php?title=XCon Pingit is patched, but not the mobile banking app.

I'm sorry but I have no idea what you're trying to recommend. Can you elaborate please?

I was thinking you were asking if you needed to be jailbroken to use MyWi. Is that what you were saying?

No what I meant was I may have to reverse the jailbreak because certain apps that are essential don't work. Some are blocked like the banking ones and some just crash.
Real shame

He said a patch should be out *soon* hopefully. He said Barclay's can't be patched though.

Hi,
Im Daniel and new to this forum, but have a question on xcon especially combined with good for enterprise.
I have a company iPhone and we use good for enterprise. Currently I'm on the latest version of GfE (1.9.10.1360) and was wondering if GfE would work with the latest Xcon version (v36), can anybody confirm. On the iPhone wiki I found this:
"App works but admin console still reports jailbreak"
What does this mean.
Furthermore, I'd like to know that if I jailbreak my device, would I then need to request IT support for a new passcode, or do I not need one if I first jailbreak the iPhone and install xcon before starting GfE?
Do you have any other tips, e.g. how to perform the jailbreak (clear entire device and then let iTunes perform a 'restore', or jailbreak without clearing all device data (I could imagine that the first option would require to request a passcode through IT support again).
Thanks for your help,
Regards Danny

I have no clue whether or whether not GFE works at the moment. By "App works but admin console still report jailbreak" I think it means the app works fine, but it still shows the jailbroken device error message.
I'm not going to answer every single question about the IT support thing because I don't want to mislead you, I never use that app.
For performing the jailbreak, it's your decision. Most would prefer Absinthe or Redsn0w, but Sn0wbreeze is a third option if you prefer to have more advanced options like how big your root partion, etc. is.
But if you just want a simple jailbreak, go with Absinthe or Redsn0w.
