Lost Game Data

I had my phone jailbroken on 4.3.3, downloaded Jetpack Joyride cracked, backed it up with iTunes, upgraded to iOS 5, synced, and got Jetpack Joyride for free thanks to Free on Appstore on Facebook (appadvice.com told me :P), and it still had all my saved game data (high score, jetpacks, clothing, level, etc.), then iTunes synced it automatically and now all my Jetpack Joyride data is gone, all my other game data from before sync is still there (Fruit Ninja, Angry Birds, Nyan Cat: Lost in Space, RunRunDash!, Battle Bears BLAST, etc.). How can I get the saved data back? Or do I really have to start all over?

EDIT: I just checked again, and it only reset my coins, vehicle upgrades, jetpacks, and clothing.
