Cannot open App Store or ITunes

I have I phone 4.2.6 JB and I cannot seem to even get into App Store or I tunes...when I try to sync my phone with I tunes I get message that it cannot sync with my phone...problem related to server? I have not been able to download from ********** either. Cydia is working correctly but I do get error code with no server name? Any help would be appreciated.....
