looking for an app that can receive pictures or mms

hi i live in canada and i have some us friends who get charged crazy when they send me pictures to my phone, is there an app i can use that will let them send me pictures to a us number so i can receive them?

i tried text now and heywire but both can let me send pictures but they cant let me receive them.. i also tried textplus gold...

my phone is jb as well if any cydia apps out there i can try them too...
