Fring automatically loads after reboot

This is odd ... the first Apple Store app (that I've seen) to automatically load into memory after a reboot. Never seen this before.

Fring ... updated today (v 5.0.0.52)

Logging out of fring does not help. It still loads next reboot.

There is a way If it's manually deleted from double-home task manager it will not automatically load.

Note: 3GS 4.2.1 stock multitasking -- no backgrounder.


Update: Found a second app that automatically loads after reboot --- Skype. Ugg
Likely there are more ... guess I've been lucky to never use them in the past.
