I'm between a rock and a hard place here. I have a few apps stationed on my iPhone that have been there forever, but I'm trying to move stuff over to a new Touch and there's apps on my iPhone that I can no longer download from the App Store, like StoneLoops of Jurassica!, and I've also switched computers since then so I don't have the original install files.
Anyway, I don't know what I'm supposed to do -- is there some way to extract a full, intact app from my iPhone via SSH?
I stand corrected -- I even have my original install files backed up, but I can't even get iTunes to recognize them when I copy them in. I have my new computer authorized on my purchases.. how can I make this work?

Did you try right clicking on the iphone icon on itunes and press transfer purchase, Then syncing?
if not, try downloading i-funbox and the package afc2add. Install afc2add to both iphone and touch. Then connect the iphone and run i-funbox. You should see user applications on the side on the program. click on it then try to send some of the app folders to your desktop. then disconnect the iphone and connect the touch. after drag and drop the app folders to the user applications of the itouch. respring and see if that works for you
