Textify is an application that will make your life easier by saving you huge amounts of time.

Have you ever been in a situation where you had a typed, physical copy of a document that you needed to be digitalized, and you just didn't feel that it was worth going through all the trouble of typing the text yourself? Well, Textify does this work for you. Just take a quick picture of the document, and Textify does the rest for you.
What more, Textify is actually cheaper than many similar applications on the App Store!

Documents aren't just scanned in the same way a conventional office scanner would; you also get the options to:

-Edit.

-Email in different formats.

-Convert to searchable, portable PDFs.

-Share with all your Facebook friends.

-Upload to Evernote, a note-taking service.

Textify makes an incredibly low amount of mistakes, and has scanning recognition rates of over 95%. This being said, most errors in the recognition process are due to bad lighting conditions or the user taking a bad picture; make sure you understand this, as this is where I get most complains from: user errors.

Additionally, Textify has a very attractive interface that looks great while giving you the ease of use and functionality that should be a given in all applications.

Finally, Textify does its job; without even requiring an Internet connection!

For optimal performance, hold your wrist steady while capturing the image required by Textify, and ensure that the lighting conditions are adequate (no shadows, etc...). Currently, Textify only supports English. This application only supports the following devices: iPhone 3G[s] and iPhone 4.
