Coming from the pocket pc WinOS world to iPhone have a few basic questions. Still getting use to the layout and lingo of iphone apple world.

Anytime when I setup my ppc, configuration, specs, apps I would make a backup using spb. I like being able to every so often, erase my device, and perform a full restore w/o having to re-do
everything.
