cant sync apps itunes

I have recently jail broke my ipod touch since then I have been unable to sync my apps with itunes it shows an unexpected error I have unauthorized and reauthorized the itunes account and that has not worked can anyone help with this

Thanks for you susgestions guy but I solved the problem, yes they were the paid apps I had bought before jailbreaking but I found a pretty straight forward way of getting them on without ITunes, not usre I can post the solution on here if anyone is interested to know just pm me and I'll tell you.
