Is there any app that allows to dial from a number I wrote in a contact's note?

I have the following problem: I can enter new numbers in a contact, and I can specify a tag for each one, but when I sync with my Outlook, only the default fields are synced.

So to sync everything with Outlook, I put the special numbers in the notes, next with their description.

The problem is that to dial a number written in the note of the contact I have to select it, copy and paste in the dial app.

I've seen in this other post: How to generate phone call by clicking a number in IPhone?
that Clippy allowed to dial a copied number... but it seems that Clippy no longer exists.

Any idea?
