Question about syncing cracked App Store apps??

Hey everyone,

Ok this is probably a totally noobish question but it is the first time I have done this so forgive me :-)

OK yesterday I installed a few "pay for" apps from the App store but courtesy of:********** through Cydia so they are free. now I installed all the necessary stuff as I followed a step by step video on it and the apps worked great :-)

Any help would be massively appreciated.
