Help with Talking Santa Iphone 4

Hi, has anybody got the New Talking Santa from the Apple store? im using iphone 4 4.1 and have just purchased it but its not recording my voice or anything, ive tried reinstalling 5 times and still no joy, is there a bug with this as ive just paid for it from app store and not happy, i no you have to press the top right hand red record button to make santa repeat everything you say but its not working for my ihone 4, weird because my brothers just got it for his 3gs on os 4.1 and it works fine, anybody help and are you having the same problems on your iphone 4 4.1 ?
