Soundboards

Hey guys, im trying to use soundboard apps to prank call people on my IPhone4 but the people on the other phone cant hear the sounds. I made sure my volume was turned up but it still dont work. It worked on my 3g so is it maybe an I4 issue?? Thanks

No issues at all....

I can hear the sound comming out of my iphone main speaker at the bottom. But no body can hear it on the other phone.
