Skyfire Not Pulled?

I've been informed that SkyFire has not been pulled but infact just been temporaroly been removed due to its high demand | Skyfire Sorry If you didn't get a chance to buy it within that first 5 hour time slot

More like sorry if you did buy it. I did and I wish I hadn't, Apple really should have rejected it for having a blatantly misleading description.

Why the app is still active and works apple would have gave us a refund if the app was pulled completely

It "works"...sort of. Yet it can't play half the videos it claims to be able to.
