Why some apps disappear after sync?

Hello everybody,

I jail broke my iPhone 4, installed some apps. I synced it with computer. But some apps installed on iPhone disappeared after sync, including Tom Tom and Goodreader.

Does anybody know why and how to fix it? Thanks

That's because you have to pay for them. Can't tell you how to fix it either, no piracy allowed here.

Talk about cracked apps/warez/piracy is not allowed.
