re-download apps automatically

i got a replacement 3GS today, and i recently formatted my computer. so now none of my downloaded apps will sync. in itunes, i have the ! by the apps, and they cannot be located. i have quite a bit of apps, doing 1 by 1 will take a while, how can i automatically re-download the apps?
