HELP!!!! - In-app screen size issue

I installed Print Magic and now my screen only shows up on the top left 1/4 when I open any app. I have an i4 JB. Ive searched the forums and google and haven't found anything. Can anybody please help me?

UPDATE:
Not sure what that was all about but I rebooted a couple times and it went into safe mode. Then after another reboot it was back to normal. Weird!! Has anyone else experienced something like this? Im amazed that I couldn't find anything anywhere mentioning this.
