No it's not because that app is not registered with ur iTunes account..and like Annie said, why the heck are u reviewing it if u didn't buy it

Oh man, but this was fun thinking of the other reviews he could write, like stealing a car, and then submit a review or article of the driveability or something, possibilities are endless. How fun, I wanna meet this guy. Party on dude.....................
