Where or how can I get camera+?

I realize it's not in the app store. Where can I get this app? Cydia or directly from developer?

I suggest contacting the developer and seeing if you can arrange payment directly with him. He'll have to send you an unsigned IPA though, which you'll need to install manually - we can't help you with that, because the software involved opens up a whole can of worms related to app piracy. Since you're using it for legitimate purposes, just use Google to find the information you need.
