Kick *** Blu-Ray came with itunes download code...where do i enter it to dl?

my friend gave me his itunes download code that came with his blue-ray kick ***, but i cant find where in itunes to enter it, and i cant reach my friend to see if he has the instructions. anyone have any clue? its a 12 digit alpha-numeric code they gave me

It should say on the card where to go. If not then I think it is just in the iTunes Store and redeem code.
