Transfer apps
Jut purchased a second hand Iphone 3gs 16gb and the last owner has lefted the apps & music on for me, I cant transfer them to Itunes because Iam not the authorised person who purchassed them, can they be transferred any other way without losing them.

Nope, app purchases are non-transferable.

You must own them to transfer and update apps.
Asking for help is different from being stupid. Fanboys can rot in @#$%!

99% of Windows based programs need to be installed using a setup program to work properly. Bypassing this would be illegal and require an expert dozens of hours to achieve.
