    Default Apps Re Download.

    I recently upgraded to Windows 7 from Vista. My apps were synced to my iTunes, but got delete due to upgrade. Can I just email apple to have my paid apps available to re download without having to purchase them again.

    PS. My Phone got stolen so I can't re sync them.
