Homerun battle 3d hates me...

Each time i want to play "Homerun Battle 3D" that i bought with money and not a cracked version, i want to play it like push the button "Arcade" the game opens Safari then the App Store, WHY!?

That is weird. it runs fine on my iphone 4. Is everyone who is having the issue using a ipod touch 3G?
