Is the appstore down?
It wont process my cc info.
Thus, my new iphone 4 has NOTHING on it

Being an i can be a lot of pressure. you have to live right up to the small point.

I wasn't sure what was going on with it. It worked for the guy at the apple store on his 3gs, but not for me on my new 4

Haha I didn't get one. They were out of EVERY iPhone 4 accessory at the apple store.
I got a case from best buy.

Yeah I consistently have problems connecting to anything when im "holding" my iphone. Frequently I get the "cannot connect to itunes sore" error or whatever it is. set it down on the table and it works fine.

Do you use Paypal? I have been using Paypal and just recently ... iTunes didn't accept it, So I had to use my CC

No, I have just been using a debit card. Maybe if I switch to paypal it may work.
Its just not processing my cc. It says their system is down.
