Twitter App Retweet problems.

Does anyone else using the official twitter app have problems when using the "retweet" function. Anytime I use it it saying successfully retweeted but it never shows up in my timeline or my followers.

i think you need to post quoted retweet to show up in your time line...i have same thing happening to me...anyone have other suggestions?

I thought the same thing at first but asked a couple friends who follow me if the tweets I had retweeted showed up in their timeline and they said no. My retweets are disappearing into the twitter abyss!
