Does game save data still exist after sync?

just curious if I sync the games that I'd beated ages ago say for Prince of Persia POP back to computer (no POP in my iphone after sync). A week later, if I want to replay the game by using the save data that i saved last time, does the save data still exist if i sync this game again from pc to ip?

No, it not work, i tried it millions times, field runners, the creeps, sandstorm mordn combat all lost game save date after sync, why? is it normal?
