Transfer App purchases to iPhone 4?

I am planning to upgrade my 3g to an iPhone 4 on launch but I am wondering if I will be able to transfer my purchased apps onto my new phone. I bought all the apps under the same iTunes account if that helps. I know this is a dumb question but it's been bothering me.

It will work fine. Once you activate and sync it will be tied to the same itunes account and you can sync everything over.

What about purchased JB apps ie: Cydia or Rock will we be able to transfer them over as well i know the itunes wont do it, but are there other methods? Sorry for the edit gonna go check posted topics first...

Anything purchased via the Cydia store will install once you've signed in. If you purchase an app on your iPhone you can then install it on your iPad immediately or vice vera.
