Is there a way to install the ITV World Cup App on Firmware 3.1.2?

I've just tried to install the ITV World cup app on my iphone and it says that I need to upgrade to firmware 3.1.3 - I don't want to do this as I have to unlock my iphone to use my own sim card.

Is there a way that I can install the app on firmware 3.1.2?

In cydia, there some app called : firmware 3.1.3.
Install that first , then your good to go.
