Need help installing app.

I just downloaded my first free app from Itune store to my itune
but I don't know how to install it to iphone.
Please help.

You have to plug your phone into iTunes.
Your phone will show up in the left hand column of iTunes.
Click once on the name of your phone.
A page will appear that lets you choose Info, Apps, Music, Photos, etc at the top.
Click on Apps.
Select Your app.
Click Sync at the bottom right hand corner of iTunes.
