AppBackup works great to backup settings/scores for apps/games.
I just used it while restoring my firmware.....worked perfectly. Im on iOS 4.1

Why haven't I come across it before restoring?
I setup like new to fix push, but forgot to backup some apps(like Lapse, and tha's a real pity)
Any way to get the info from the reserve copy to the phone running 5.0.1?
