07-08-2009, 09:58 AM #1Beejive Push alerts?
Anyone else who thinks they're out of hand?
Mostly doesn't work att all and sometimes I get alerts/notifications from people I don't know at all(pretty much all my contacts are Swedish and I ger random alerts in Dutch!!) - only the alert and badge on the App icon, but no message inside.

only problems I get is it randomly disconnects me sometimes or doesn't push at all. If I have the app closed and the phone is on standby I get a push notice, if I have it open and the phone is on standby I do not get a push notice but makes the im sound. Why can't I get a push notice for that? Aim does it just fine.

Still don't get what the heck is all about. Sometimes this ideas make me angry as I got confused in using them. Like this push option I don't get it. Its so complex for me any one got any idea about it?

I seriously don't know how I lived with my iPhone w/o push for over a year. Beejive works flawlessly.

I don't have any Swedish contact so I cant say that I can feel your problem. But you need to talk with someone who can solve the language problem. I am sure you can find some developers, who will help you to solve the translation problem.no signature links....thanks

I can confirm that I just recently started getting random IMs from people I don't know with Beejive Push Notifications. I am using a iPhone 2G with the Push Notification Fix for iPhone 2G.
According to the Beejive support forum, "If you have have used a software unlock program to use your phone on another carrier it screws up the unique ID of your device so that you may receive the same push messages as other users that also used software unlock."
So, until this issue is resolved in the iPhone 2G Push Notification fix, users of Beejive will continue to have this issue.

Gotta love this program. I would have paid twice as much for it especially now with Push.
