I get this error from a "lot" of apps when trying to install after upgrading to version 3.0

the application was not installed on the iphone because an unknown error occurred 0xe800800e

apps like, tetris, bejeweled 2. Sim City and tons more.

Please help

Heard that if your phone is jailbroken you have to install something through Cydia to get apps to sync from the computer to your phone. May be wrong, just one of my friends that has 3.0 said he has to do that. I have a 3GS so I don't know first hand about that. May want to check that out.

There's no article on Apple support page for that error... Never heard of it, so that'd be my best guess.

LOL... why would you have to install something from CYDIA to sync APPLE applications?! If your phone was jailbroken and you used the "update" button this can cause issues. RESTORE, set up as new and resync. If these apps are cracked then you can stop the discussion right now.

well im getting the same error when installing apps, so im wondering what the fix would be

If these are cracked apps. ( it sounds like they are). Your **** out of luck. We DONT support that.

My friend just said that he had to download something through Cydia in order to sync his apps.. It was his bought apps and stuff not cracked apps.
